Two of the very talented Indian cricketers stunned us over the last two weeks with their brilliance, honesty, modesty, and humble nature. I am talking about the wall and the master. As they say, great people don't do different things, they do things differently. Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar have ascertained this. Rahul Dravid declared his retirement last week. The wall stood tall with grace even with the retirement news! We are going to miss watching him showcase a mature game.When it comes to Sachin, I go speechless. I have tremendous respect for him and I admire his passion for the game! The word 'impossible' is just not meant for him. Yes, you guessed it right, I am a die-hard Sachin fan. Not just for the cricketer in him, but more for the person he is. Sachin is the epitome of excellence in cricket, yet down to earth. He hasn't lost touch with the ground. Very few people like Sachin can manage to keep their heads on their shoulders. It's time Sachin should be awarded with the 'Bharatratna'.
